Merrygoshrimps is a little spin-off from CraftsForGreen, a creative workshop company that’s been helping people get hands-on with nature since 2017.
It all started when our founder, Felicia, kept a volcanic shrimp aquarium that happily lived on for over two years with almost no effort—no constant feeding, no water changes, just a tiny ecosystem doing its thing. Naturally, she was hooked.
That’s when the idea clicked: what if an aquarium could be beautiful, calming, and ridiculously low-maintenance? Perfect for busy office desks, curious kids, and anyone who wants a slice of nature without the fuss.
After two years of research (and another year tackling licensing hurdles with NParks), Merrygoshrimps officially launched in 2024. Today, we’re proud to be the only AVS-certified vendor in Singapore running volcanic shrimp aquarium workshops—hosting everything from corporate team bonding sessions to kids’ parties.
