Q: Do you conduct workshops?
A: Yes! We conduct private workshops for 2–8 pax at 14 Beach Road #01-4667A, by appointment. For corporate workshops of 10 pax and above, we're happy to come to your office — and if you don't have a space, no worries! We can also host at Landing Pad (41 Jln Pemimpin) or Milkyway Studio (38 Jln Pemimpin) but space rental charges will apply.

Q: How long can the shrimps last?
A: It really depends on how well they're cared for — but with the right conditions, they can last at least 2 years! For more information on shrimps and care tips, click here.
Q: Do you have a physical shop?
A: To join a workshop, simply purchase your ticket online and head to our space at 14 Beach Road #01-4667A on your scheduled date and time — we'll be waiting for you!
For brackish water, shrimps, moss balls, and other goodies, just order through our website and choose either self-collection at 41 Jln Pemimpin #03-01B, or have it delivered right to your doorstep.
Do note that both locations are strictly by appointment — so please make sure to fix one before heading down. We wouldn't want you making a wasted trip!
Q: Do you have a schedule for workshops?
A: For corporate workshops, you have full flexibility to choose your preferred date and time — just let us know!
For 2–8 pax workshops, we offer two pricing options:
Private Session — Pick any date and time that suits you, with a minimum of just 2 pax. This option gives you full exclusivity, though it does come at a higher price.
Public Class — Join a shared session with other participants at a lower ticket price. This is also a great option if you're coming solo!
Q: I'm interested to purchase an item from your website. What are the shipping methods?
A: We offer a few shipping methods depending on what you've ordered!
For non-fragile items (e.g. brackish water, moss balls):
🚚 Courier — $5, delivered in 4–5 working days
🚗 Car Delivery — $13, delivered in 0–2 working days
🏠 Self Collection — Free, ready in 0–2 working days at 41 Jln Pemimpin #03-01B
For fragile items (e.g. shrimps, aquariums, DIY kits):

Q: What happens if the shrimps die?
A: We want to make sure your shrimps arrive happy and healthy! In the unfortunate event that any shrimps pass away within 48 hours of reaching you, we'll replace them — just send us some images or videos of the deceased shrimps and we'll sort it out. For losses after the 48-hour period, replacement shrimps are available for purchase on our website.
Q: Do you assist in cleaning the aquariums?
A: Yes, we do! Aquarium cleaning services are available at $50 for small and $80 for medium sized aquariums — just reach out to fix an appointment with us. Prefer to do it yourself? No problem! You can purchase the necessary materials from our website and follow along with our step-by-step instructional videos on our YouTube channel.
