- Kindly indicate in the calendar at checkout page the preferred pickup date, and please give us at least 1 working day to prepare your order.
- We’ll leave the item at the rack outside our office and whatsapp you a picture of it. You can collect anytime at your own convenience, but we’d recommend coming before 9pm as the lights in the building might be out after that.
- Please do not worry that the item will be stolen as the area is under 24/7 surveillance by the building security team.
Shipping by box, $5, 4-5 working days (Mon to Fri exc. PH = working days)
- Delivery by TracXLogis will take place between 8am to 11pm, depending on their volume of parcels islandwide.
- Specific date/time cannot be chosen.
- Parcels with office addresses will be delivered within working hours.
- This method is only suitable for items which doesn’t have to be kept upright, and won't be damaged when shipped in a box (e.g. brackish water, moss balls, glass containers, shrimp food, tweezers, shrimp nets, base rocks, figurines & decorations).

- Delivery will take place between 9-6pm on Mon to Sun inc PH, except for selected PHs.
